Jessica Huang

Jessica Huang (she/her) is a Chinese born Canadian. She is a graduate at Toronto Metropolitan University for Early Childhood Studies and a graduate at York University from their Bachelor of Education. As an aspiring educator who grew up in the heart of downtown Toronto, she would like to continue to learn more with nature, connect with nature and continue to share my inspiration with young minds as well. She hopes to connect nature to the city more and inspire the city students to learn to connect with nature (bringing more Indigenous knowledge to the class) and being comfortable around nature. Apart from teaching, Jessica enjoys going on walks with her friends, going on hikes, getting away from the city to go on an outdoor adventure in nature and working out at the gym. She aspires to continue to learn more about sustainability, ways of living and the food we consume.
